We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your purchase should be made directly from Amazing Life Healthcare Pte Ltd. Thus, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and indefective (unless it is a manufacturing defect).
To start a return:
Fill in the contact form under Contact Us.
- Kindly wait for our Customer Representative to get in touch with you. We will be requesting photos of the alleged defect to determine if we can accept youre refund/exhange.
- For any successful acceptance, we will provide you a tracking number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that all shipping fees will be borned by customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like supplements, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
A collection fee of S$20 is applicable if any collection services is required.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid for the order.
